Why you work for Thunder Seed: I work for Thunder Seed for a variety of reasons. Thunder Seed stresses the importance of family, not only your own family but your work family as well. Additionally, I enjoy being able to easily contact the ownership group with any questions I have any time of the day.
What your background in Agriculture is: I grew up on a farm that raised wheat, soybeans, and sugar beets. Although never helping out in the operation itself, I took a keen interest in the business side of things and learning about how the marketplace, weather, etc. affected my family’s farm.
Something people don’t know about you: I have been to Russia and Turkey.
Fun memory with a dealer/grower referring to a Thunder Seed experience: I enjoy going to events that our dealers and customers attend and getting to know them. At one event one of my daughters was bored and one of our dealers came over with a spare toy that his daughter had. It kept my daughter entertained and he told her to keep it. That just reminded me how important family is to Thunder Seed and our dealer network.
