When I first started at Thunder Seed I was drawn to the fact that it was farmer owned. Shortly after I started and got to know the owners and other employees you could see that everyone is like family willing to help with what needed to be done and trying to do their best for each other and the company. After eight years of working for Thunder Seed it still feels like a family and as we add new members and keep the family growing the same bond and commitment to continue to help each other remains the same.
